Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Service Technician for part-time service inspections. The role involves visiting sites to review submitted services, collecting information, taking photos, recording a 30-second video of service areas, obtaining manager signatures, and preparing detailed reports with observations and recommendations for service completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow service orders provided through the service app Tech area, including checklists and service descriptions.
• Conduct inspections, document findings, and submit reports using a company-provided tablet.
• Perform simple on-site fixes (e.g., replacing lights, blocking off hazardous areas) for higher pay rates.
• Record a 30-second video of service areas for documentation.
• Attend weekly meetings in Nicholasville to provide updates and collaborate with the office team.
• Update service statuses regularly through the service app.

Requirements:

• Must be 25 years or older.
• Clean criminal record and clean driving record; must pass a background check.
• Reliable personal transportation (fuel costs covered by the company).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using a tablet and service app for documentation and communication.
